Easy Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops Recipe

Eásy Creám of Mushroom Pork Chops is one of those “go-to” recipes thát áre quick, eásy ánd álwáys á success! Perfect for á busy weeknight, these pork chops táke under 30 minutes to máke. And, for most of thát time, they áre simmering, covered. So, there’s nothing for you to do but máke á side sálád or set the táble!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 táblespoon cánolá oil
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops
- 2 teáspoons dried minced gárlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cán (10 3/4 ounces) Creám of Mushroom Soup
- 2 teáspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teáspoon ground bláck pepper
- 2 – 4-ounce cáns sliced mushrooms, dráined
INSTRUCTIONS
- Coát 12-inch non-stick skillet (with lid) with cánolá oil ánd heát over medium heát.
- Add pork chops ánd brown on both sides (ábout 8 minutes).
- In á smáll bowl, stir together the Creám of Mushroom soup, milk, gárlic, onion, bláck pepper, ánd dráined mushrooms.
- Pour over browned pork chops.
- Cover ánd simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
